We charge £30.00 to prepare and provide a formal party wall notice to your neighbours. This is done via 1st class post. We also provide notice by going to a clients property on request.
This service contains a land registry search to verify your neighbour’s identification and address. We also undertake a 10-day follow-up notice if required.
The supply of the permission form and explanatory notes are also included where required.
Schedule of Condition – The London Party Wall Surveyor
