Party Wall Prices
All our charges are fixed and the amount is dependent upon the level of construction work.
This is our prices guideline:
We charge £30.00 to put together and serve an authorized party wall notice for your neighbours. This is done via 1st class post. We also assist notice by visiting a clients property on request.
This specific service also includes a land registry search to ensure your neighbour’s identity and address and the provision of a follow up 10-day notice if this is required.
The provision of the consent form and explanatory notes will also be added where needed.
Schedule of Condition – The London Party Wall Surveyor
The price for making a Schedule of Condition is £425.00*.
This cost covers the acquiring of 150-550 photos of the adjacent residence according to cracks in the property or home before work starts off.
The evaluation of your neighbour’s residence along with any notes taken about the condition of the home is included in our rates.
The price for a land registry search is included. Three copies of the Schedule of Condition will be produced. One copy would go to you, another to your neighbour and one we keep on our file.
Party Wall Award including Schedule of Condition
We charge £625* for a Party Wall Award service along with the Schedule of Condition.
This service consists of the preparing and servicing of the party wall award, which also contains supplying the schedule of condition.
