The following is our prices guideline:

We charge £30.00 to prepare and provide an authorized party wall notice to your neighbours. This is achieved via 1st class post. We also offer notice by going to a clients property or home on request.

This service also includes a land registry search to ensure your neighbour’s identification and address and the provision of a follow up 10-day notice should this be required.

The provision of a permission form and explanatory notes will also be included where essential.

Schedule of Condition

We charge £425.00* for planning the Schedule of Condition.

This price covers the taking of 150-550 photographs of the adjoining residence dependant on holes in the property or home before work commences.

Our prices come with the assessment of your neighbour’s house, relevant note-taking of the condition of the home.

The price for a land registry lookup is included. Three copies of the Schedule of Condition will be produced. One copy would go to you, the other to your neighbour and one we keep on our file.

Party Wall Award Service inc Schedule of Condition

The price for making and servicing a party wall award which includes the schedule of condition is £625*.

This service includes the preparation and serving of the party wall award, which also contains providing the schedule of condition.

We will also enter and check the adjacent home before work begins. A detailed Schedule of Condition will be made during this inspection.

Party wall notices will also be delivered, together with consent forms and any sketches.
