Party Wall Surveyor, Schedule of Condition Prices
We charge £425.00* for arranging the Schedule of Condition.
This cost covers the taking of 150-550 photographs of the adjacent residence based upon cracks in the property before work starts off.
It also covers the assessment of your respective neighbour’s residence before work starts and also notes taken about the condition of the home.
