A land registry searches to ensure your neighbour’s identification and address is included in our service. We also proceed with a 10-day notice follow up if required.

Schedule of Condition
We charge £425.00* for preparing the Schedule of Condition.
This cost covers the taking of 150-550 photographs of the adjacent home according to splits in the property before work begins.
